- Re-install any missing screens
- Clean out gutters
- Ensure downspouts have extenders
- Trim the bushes and trees back
MAINTENANCE
- Change filter in furnace
- Dust/vacuum air vents throughout house
- Make sure all windows open and close properly
- Check for leaks in faucets and under sinks
- If toilets wobble, bolt down firmly and/or replace the wax ring
- Ensure that sinks and tubs drain quickly
- Replace cracked and/or broken window panes
- Ensure patio doors slide smoothly
- Fresh caulk on sinks, toilets, tubs, windows, etc.
- Oil squeaky doors and hinges
- Replace all burnt out light bulbs
